Does anyone know why the price of Bioventix Bioventix (LON:BVXP) has spiked up in the last few days. I see results are scheduled for next week.

It had been drifting down for a while despite good results and exchange rate benefits so was looking quite undervalued and overlooked imo. It's v illiquid so I think likely that consequently the penny share tip had a very significant impact. Or its possible that there is some inside knowledge about next week's results e.g. positive update on troponin timetable - though this seems less likely to me...
