Black Raven Properties plc has been established to purchase and develop commercial, residential and leisure sites. The objective of the Company is to generate the majority of its profits from the sale of long leaseholds of the commercial, residential and leisure units which have been developed by the Company. Upon Admission, Black Raven Properties plc will have no trading investments or subsidiaries. The funds raised by the Placing are intended to be applied in carrying due diligence on target sites and/or businesses. Additional funds may need to be raised to fund acquisitions and to provide follow-on funding for those investments which have been made. A number of potential targets have been identified although there is no guarantee that any negotiations will lead to the completion of an investment.
