Boundary Capital plc has been incorporated to be the primary investment vehicle of Boundary Management Limited (''BML'') an Irish based investment group led by Niall McFadden. Conditional on Admission, Boundary Capital will have a diverse portfolio of initial investments in the following industries; business services (Veris plc), construction, infrastructure, events and site services (Siteserv plc), UK leisure industry (Club Company Holdings Limited), franchise management (On Demand Communications Limited), design, printing and business marketing services (Prontaprint Limited and Kall Kwik UK Limited) and educational publishing (CJ Fallon Limited). Panther Group Acquisitions Limited recently acquired On Demand Communications Limited, Prontaprint Limited, Kall Kwik UK Limited and the business and assets of CJ Fallon Limited. Boundary Capital intends to provide equity to support, as appropriate, the development of these investee companies in addition to the provision of equity for new investment opportunities. Boundary Capital intends to co-invest in transactions sourced by BML. BML will source, monitor and report on investments to Boundary Capital under an investment services agreement. Boundary Capital intends to invest in companies with attractive cashflow characteristics and strong management teams operating primarily in Ireland and the UK but will also consider continental Europe and North America.
