Executive Summary
Cambria and its subsidiaries` principal activities are the sale and servicing of motor vehicles and the provision of ancillary services. The Company operates from 25 sites with a total of 37 dealer franchises. Cambria intends to seek Admission to raise the public profile of the Company, to facilitate access to development capital should the need arise in the future and to attract, over time, a wider shareholder base. Cambria was incorporated in March 2006 with the objective of creating an independent UK motor dealership group representing both the volume and luxury segments of the motor vehicle market through a buy and build strategy. The Group has already acquired a number of under performing motor dealership businesses where it felt that implementation of its four pillar strategy would result in increased sales by those dealerships, as well as increased customer satisfaction which in turn would subsequently produce increased returns and value for its shareholders.
