Hi,

I tried a trial subscription of stockopedia and would like to cancel as I'm not getting the full use out of it. Looking at the instructions below I don't have any option to cancel, only an option to subscribe now, which I don't want to do. My trial period ends on 6/4/20, being a weekend there seems to be no support. I'd like to cancel without being charged an annual renewal fee. Can someone please advise?

From the page called ‘Billing & Subscription’, you will see the link 'Edit my Account'. Clicking that link takes you to your payment pages on our secure payment micro-site where you can cancel / restart your subscriptions. From there, you can then upgrade to a new plan or cancel your access to the Stockopedia premium features.
