Cancelling my trial subscription

Hi,

I tried a trial subscription of stockopedia and would like to cancel as I'm not getting the full use out of it. Looking at the instructions below I don't have any option to cancel, only an option to subscribe now, which I don't want to do. My trial period ends on 6/4/20, being a weekend there seems to be no support. I'd like to cancel without being charged an annual renewal fee. Can someone please advise?

From the page called ‘Billing & Subscription’, you will see the link 'Edit my Account'. Clicking that link takes you to your payment pages on our secure payment micro-site where you can cancel / restart your subscriptions. From there, you can then upgrade to a new plan or cancel your access to the Stockopedia premium features.

Try clicking on to the green message button at the right hand lower corner of the screen and explain your issue. I've always found the Stockopedia team helpful and responsive.

(The 6th April is a Monday so you should be alright.)

The cancel option should come up when the subscription becomes due. Not usually any support at weekends but the 6th is a Monday.

Thanks guys, I was tempted just to it subscribe so that I can change the billing option from annual to monthly, as my concern is that I'll automatically be enrolled for a year come tomorrow morning. I'll hold off and just contact the support team on Monday morning.
