Stockopedia need to improve the communication a great deal when there are issues with the site. Tell us what the issue is and an ETA on when it will be fixed.
I was bigging Stockopedia up over the weekend to a few people. Bad timing!

We were experiencing some issues with the portfolios this morning which was also having a knock on impact on the speed of the entire site. We found the issue and have resolved it now, so everything should be back to normal.
If you do have any more problems, let one of the support team know via the green messenger button in the bottom right of the site.

Is there any chance in the future, your team could inform us that its a general issue?
Otherwise we the customers will bombard your help desk or otherwise think the problem is on our side ...
@chodgson it might be worthwhile looking at a product like StatusPage. Relatively cheap, easy to setup and can embed a ticker into your homepage for customers.
