Capita is undergoing a transformation under the leadership of Jonathan Lewis who was brought in as CEO in December 2017. After the FY 2021 results published on 10 March is this transformation nearly complete? Certainly 2021 has been a year of achievements with the return to revenue growth after 6 years but their is work to do on margins. The balance sheet has improved too with the sale of a number of the subsidiaries which has also simplified the business.
