Hi Guys,
Wanted to have a suggestion if Cemex is a good buy here. It has been going down for some time.It has a P/E of 4.7, P/S of 0.8, P/FCF of 8.2. What do you guys think? Can some one share any news of why it has been going down? (I cant find any on Google).
