I can't think of a better place to ask this question.

For various reasons, I am personally against investing through a "nominee" service.

(For those who are interested, I'm more than happy to explain my reasoning. Perhaps that's best left for another post though...?)

I would like to invest in US shares, on both NASDAQ and NYSE.

However, I want to hold them directly through a UK-registered company I own.
I.e. I want my company's name to be on the share register, receiving dividends, etc.

Does anyone know a stockbroker who can facilitate this?
