The Group is independently owned and is based on the Isle of Man with an office in London. Its activities are primarily regulated in the Isle of Man by the Financial Services Commission and in the UK by the Financial Services Authority. In addition, CCIOM and CCUK are registered in the US as investment advisers with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
