This is another dividend increased each year from 55 years ago since 1920. That is some achievement on a scorching day here at Purley on Thames near Reading Berkshire where the temperature is now 40 C at 3:40 pm. Information from Money Observer August page 25.

This is about 5 times the normal dividend paid out each year, due to be paid out on 30th July in a few days time, so worth having.
My portfolio is currently producing 8.33% yield mainly from US shares. Still room for improvement.
Figures for Q2 are due on August 8th 2019, With this big dividend just being paid I have a feeling results should be good.
