It has been a busy period for webinars, with Megan discussing selling strategies with Ed, post-budget analysis with Mark and sector trends for 2025 with Graham over the last couple months.

It has been great to have so many of you in these sessions and we're pleased to announce that we'll be bringing even more in the New Year.

From January, we’ll be bringing you three different types of digital event to help you with your investing decisions:

Roundtable discussion - an opportunity to listen to our analysts and invited guests chat about some of the big investment topics and issues of the moment. Make sure you send in your questions and we’ll aim to answer as many as possible.
Webinar - tuition and guidance on using the Stockopedia platform to help you with big investing decisions.
Masterclass - in-depth presentation of some of the insights delivered from our data and research.

We’ll be kicking off with our first roundtable discussion on 8 January. In this session our analysts will chat about the stocks in their watchlists and their predictions for 2025.

At the end of January we’ll be starting the first of our product-orientated webinars, with a series designed to help you use the news and events to make better investment decisions.

Great additions to highlight the other valuable resources on stocko. Well done team It’s greatly appreciated to have clear roadmap of changes/improvements and events.

I think it might be worth flagging up your YouTube channel too. I’ve recently been refamiliarising myself with a lot of the webinars and they are so insightful to help focus on money making/money saving strategies.

I urge any new subscribers/current unfamiliar subscribers to do a deep dive on the webinars. Even the old ones are very relevant to today. So many thanks to Ed and all the crew.

Yes, the "live" flag is potentially useful, thanks.

I like the constant improvements to the platform content, but please don't forget to also update some of the platform functionality, including some scope for improvement in portfolio management.

INSIDER BUYING AND SELLING - Ability to see real insider trading - The ability to scrape TR1 forms for insider selling and buying is a valuable insight that goes under the radar. Looking at small buys by institutions or directors charted over time with the ability to overlay results would/could identify potential buys and sells. There is only one place I have seen this on twitter and its pretty easy to do (if you pay for the api) . Tr1rns twitter . For example if there is an increase of 5 or more percent buy or sell its flagged.

Section 7 - . Total positions of person(s) subject to the notification obligation -

All you need to do is look at the "total % of voting rights through financial instruments
(total of 8.B 1 + 8.B 2)" and see if its increased or decreased. Then you determine if its a buy or sell

Compare with "Position of previous notification (if applicable) and "Resulting situation
on the date on which threshold was crossed or reached" if the top line is more than previous its a buy

Stockopedia already show news and rns feeds but if they aggregated the data where many firms were buying on the tr1 form r selling in a metric it would be helpful. I saw a pattern where a firm was taken over and months before there were lots of small under the radar institution buys by a big bank on the TR1 form but due to the volume of hundreds rns feeds this was missed. You have to open each link form, 1 at a time to see who and what is happening

Can I suggest you also publish these webinars as podcasts. It will be uusefull to listen to the content while driving or walking the dog's.
