Thx for the replies & clarification.
The only event I've got down for next week is Touchstone Group 's EGM on Monday 19th, at which it is proposed that the company delists from AIM and makes a partial tender offer to shareholders. Details are set out in this circular .
I do not intend to attend this meeting, as I attended their AGM this Monday, together with TMF's carmensfella and Aliceinwonder1. Suffice to say, I was neither impressed by the performance of TSE's management (family interests owning a large propertion of the stock), both at the meeting and as reflected in results, nor by their proposal to delist at the bottom of the market and make what I* consider a derisory tender offer to independent s/hs.
*It seem that TSE's management acknowledge that the offer doesn't represent fair value as they say in the circular:
the Directors believe that the current share price fails to adequately value the underlying Group operations and have little confidence that the underlying value of Group operations will be fully appreciated whilst the Company retains its AIM Admission.
Fortunately, I only have a token holding in the company, for monitoring purposes.
Regards,
Mark
