Hi Rns today seems to show they hold tad over 20% of the company but they don't show up on the major share holders list on the stock report. I presume they are holding a position through CFD's/ Put/Call options so they don't have to put up as much capital as purchasing the stock directly would entail.
Other than an outright bet on the price going up or down is there any other logic to this.
Hopefully someone more versed in market instruments than myself can shed some light on the situation.
