Currently i'm trying to sell my house, the buyers are using countrywide services and we are stuck, Countrywide conveyance services have the information and appear to be doing nothing with it.

Everybody else in the chain is ready, but the client, the estate agents, our solicitors do not appear to be able to get any movement.

So why am I telling you this, clearly to let off steam, but also because if you're thinking about investing you need to know what they are like to deal with.

Their attitude to their clients cannot be good for business as most people talk to their friends when looking for both an estate agent and conveyancing services.

I hold no shares in the company and am not considering buying any.
