Executive Summary
Delek Global Real Estate Limited are an established real estate group with a high quality portfolio of property investments in Western Europe and Canada. Its focus is on investing in properties with high residual values, let to tenants with strong credit ratings on a long term basis and with high rates of occupancy. Its strategy is to generate strong returns for shareholders from both income and capital appreciation. To achieve this, Delek target long-term, largely Triple Net (or equivalent) leases with built-in increases (thereby minimising our cashflow exposure to any short term downside potential in the real estate markets in which we invest), actively manage its portfolio and seek to optimise its financing arrangements. In addition, in expanding its real estate portfolio, it seeks to acquire assets with material value enhancement potential through development, rental increases and/or capital appreciation.
