Executive Summary

Diamondcorp plc (\Diamondcorp\ or the \Company\) was formed in March 2005 to acquire and develop diamond assets in South Africa. Since incorporation, the Company has raised approximately T?9.3 million through private placements of shares and convertible loan notes, principally to enable it to acquire the mineral rights to the farm Ruby 691 near Kroonstad in the Free State province of South Africa including all rights to chattels, all surface rights and all prospecting rights, and finance construction of a 1.6 million tonne per annum dense media separation diamond recovery plant.
