Executive Summary
DiamondTech Inc will be the holding company of a group of companies that own the intellectual property rights to the Laser Recovery Unit (\LRU\), an innovative diamond sorting system which processes diamond bearing gravel. The objective of the Group will be to commercialise the LRU by entering into revenue-sharing agreements with holders of mineral rights to supply and maintain the LRU, and in some cases run and manage the diamond sorting process. The Group has signed its first revenue sharing agreement providing it with exclusive rights to process diamond bearing material at Grasfontein, a property , which was an area well known for its alluvial diamond production in South Africa. The Directors and Proposed Directors intend to enter into discussion with other holders of mining rights, initially in South Africa, and in due course, with junior diamond mining companies with attractive mineral rights and resources throughout Africa, Russia, Canada and Australia. It is intended that operations on Grasfontein will commence in October 2007.
