They are traded on a number of exchanges:
ICE (that took over Liffe and has the most extensive list) - https://www.theice.com/single-stock-equity-index
Eurex - http://www.eurexchange.com/exchange-en/products/equ/opt
LSE - http://www.lseg.com/derivatives/lsedm/products/equity-derivatives
I used to trade them using Berkeley Futures (http://www.bfl.co.uk/) many years ago (not especially successfully, I should add). But I understand that you can trade the stuff on ICE via http://www.idealing.com
I believe both offer DMA, but you'd need to check.
Whoever you use, watch the cost of trading. I found that to be the real killer, but may now no longer be the case.
