With gratitude to Marben over at advfn... I thought it wise to start a discussion regarding RCG's anomalous valuation disparity between the London and Hong Kong Markets.

The mCap in HK is about £260m according the the current share price of HKD12.5, whereas in london the mCap has fallen below £150m at 65p per share.  edit 25th Jan - the gap is closing fast... HK price has fallen to 10.4... still some 50% above London... if markets are efficient, the gap should close completely over the next couple of weeks.

If you could buy the company in london and sell it in HK you have an arbitrage the likes of which are rarely seen.  Trouble is - it's quite a tricky manouevre and you'll need a very good broker to sort out the paperwork...   If anyone has a good broker and a simple routine for pulling this off that they'd like to share, here would be a good place to discuss it!
