EIS - how to select a fund manager?

Hello

I have been briefly looking into EIS and Seed EIS.

I haven't decided to invest yet, but I have reached a point where the high-risk nature is acceptable and the tax benefits seem fairly straightforward (unless there is a catch I am missing).

Does anyone know of ways in which the various EIS fund managers can be compared?

I have found the 2022 awards page for the EIS Association so can use this for some guidance ( https://eisa.org.uk/  looks genuine to me)

Any useful advice much appreciated
