The Company has appointed Equest Capital Management Limited (\Equest Capital\) as its investment manager to which it will delegate day-to-day management of its investment portfolio. In turn, Equest Capital has appointed Equest Partners Limited as its investment adviser. Equest Partners Limited and Equest Capital both have considerable experience in the region.
