I have just subscribed and am learning my way around all the information. Up till now I used the Investegate service to see announcments including the forthcoming events. I now see that forthcoming events are shown here.

Just wonder if others have found there is value in still using Investegate for announcments, or if it is just duplicating things on here

Investegate is firmly in my favorites tab. Probably being a bit lazy, but having email notifications setup on shares of interest save me a lot of potentially fruitless checking every day.
Not sure if you can do this on Stockopedia ?

I use Investegate every morning to skim the 07:00 RNSs and look at any of interest (not necessarily those I own or on my watch list). However, for email alerts on specific companies I use Morningstar, which sends the full text of the RNS, rather than just telling me that one has been issued, which is all the Investegate alerts do (or did, anyway, when I tried them). I don't use Stockopedia at all for these purposes, and am not aware of any comparable functionality on this site.

I use Investigate. I have set a rule in my email that routes the notifications to a separate folder and I check that when I get up.

The way to do it on Stocko is to set up a list of shares under the 'Folios' tab (black strip above). Then when you want to check go there and click on the 'News' tab. That is now what I use first thing following the sad demise of MoneyAM with its N for news buttons alongside share names if there was anything that day. (You can set up more than one folio - say one for holdings and one for a watchlist).

However, for a quick look at something, particularly historical, you can't beat Investegate - and it's free.

I think that we all need to remember that Stockopedia is not yet a profitable company.

It's Accounts reveal that it has been a persistent loss-maker & is reliant on cash injections to continue trading.

This might explain why requests & upgrades take longer than requested.
