Folio valuation problem

I have 7 BT.A transactions showing in my FOLIO , the aggregate value shows that the overall cost of the holding is £2,082; however the Overview for BT.A shows a cost of £3,311.

My holding of Balfour Beatty has a similar anomaly - £2,159 actual against £2,351 in the Overview.

Legal & General also shows the same anomaly - £2,293 actual against £2,665 in the Overview

These are the only holdings that I have checked to date, but I'm sure that they are not the only ones.

These differences come to £1793 which obviously downgrades the apparent performance - the difference between the portfolio cost and its current value is thus inaccurate

Can anyone explain what's going on here ? Have I missed something ?

Hi Geoff

When I have issues, currently my cash balance does not add up to the right value and I cannot find where there error is, I flag it on the bottom right green button.

Have you sold any of those shares? If so that can have an effect on the costs shown. Switching between the old and new sites I get different costs on my folios.

The recent update may have messed things up, one of my folios went up around 50% last weekend.

Which figure is the correct one or are they both incorrect?

Hi Tommy,

I had an issue, following the update whereby on looking at my transactions, of which the first entry was a cash deposit, that the cumulative balance on that entry did not match the cash deposit. Deleting and re-adding this deposit fixed things for me.
