Headline shares are tipped to open ninteen to twenty-four points lower today, according to financial websites, taking a lead from heavy falls on Wall Street last night and across Asia this morning.  In the US last night, the Dow tumbled 213 points at 10,992, the Nasdaq Composite lost 51 points at 2,471 and the S&P500 slid 28 points to 1,184. In Asia today, the Nikkei was down 273.3 points at 10,939.36, while the Hang Seng ended the morning off 267.52 points at 20,994.27. Crude oil traded at $82.19 a barrel on Nymex. Gold settled at $1,164 an ounce.
