I don't think there is such an ETF. That leaves investment trusts or unit trusts (I settled for the Marlborough UK Micro Cap Growth unit trust) investing in micro caps or smaller companies of which some may be from the AIM 100.
I've not come across one either
The closest thing I have seen is LON:CUKS which tracks the MSCI small cap index.
Note MSCI defines "small cap" on a global (or US) basis, which means it includes what in the UK is seen as mid-caps, such as some FTSE 250 stocks. It makes for significant differences in factor/sector exposures compared to AIM indices. That said it's not a bad proxy for Paul's coverage of AIM (e.g. not including resource stocks, ITs, exotic foreign, etc). I use it myself as my UK small cap benchmark.
