"We are delighted to build on our strong relationship with the Affinity Sutton Group to carry out these two significant developments. We are already working with Affinity Sutton on the long term development of the 800 homes net carbon neutral scheme at Graylingwell Park in Chichester in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency. The agreement now entered into underlines Galliford Try's commitment to partnering with leading registered social landlords to deliver both affordable housing stock and private homes for sale."
