Executive Summary
TV Commerce Holdings PLC is a media and entertainment company which specialises in TV, telephony entertainment content and broadcasting services. Its activities are focused around using the Sky Television platform to broadcast niche programming which we fund from viewer interactions i.e. using a Premium Rate number or sending a Premium Billed text message. We also continue to use technology to enhance viewing experiences and we continue to work across multi-media platforms such as Television, Mobile Telephony, MMS, SMS, WAP, 3G, Fixed Line Telephony, Internet and Web TV. Its current areas of operation include Psychic, Astrology, Chat, Dating, Gaming and Betting. Gaming and Betting is expected to be a larger part of our business going forward and our new Mobile Casino is now fully operational. As well as making our own content TV Commerce also produces commercials and infomercials for third parties including Monstermob, E2save (part of carphonewhare house), Firebox TV and Monster bargins.
