Any holders of Allied Irish Bank Group here? I have started a new Wiki on AIB - follow this link to view it: http://www.stockopedia.com/wiki/view/ALBK. Overall, my impression is that AIB is facing a turbulent time, with Board upheaval and the need to find an additional EUR1.5bn in capital investment. As a result, while its market position is clearly defensively strong as a key player in the Irish financial services sector, it feels like it may not be the right time to invest. Still, I am relatively new to the stock and I would welcome comments on this from those of you that may know the stock better than me.
