Any holders out there?
A couple of questions:
- if offshore explo is slowing outside of Brazil, doesn't that prejudice medium term revenue from new developments?
- what sort of market share do they enjoy in terms of replacement sub-sea equipment in locations like GoM and the North Sea? Or the Middle East?
- what are the chances of them being taken out as an add-on business to a major services company when demand picks up?

Just in passing I see that they have rejected a bid from GE and now National Oilwell Varco are having a try. I doubt that I will ever hold though.
