Good Energy has announced a scrip dividend - what is that? As a holder of this share in my ISA, do I need to do anything?

Script dividend is getting shares instead of cash. I did on Rolls-Royce Holdings (LON:RR.) years ago.

Who holds the shares for you?
I enquired with HL and they (apparently) don’t accept them and neither do AJ Bell.
I think in these circumstances you’ll simply be given the cash.
