I’m new to Share investing and Stockopedia, I have £10k to invest, I’m looking for green energy Stocks,
Does anyone have any views on
Bushveld.....BMN ( vrfb battery storage )
ITM power.....ITM
PV crystalox Solar.....PVCS
Or, could you direct me to any other green shares to look at, I’m having trouble find them

You can normally find selections in various ways in Stockopedia. Try the Browse, then under MKT Data select Energy. Then use the All Ind Groups drop down and select Renewables, You should get these 9 to be going on with
If your new to Stockopedia - work your way through the excellent Learn options
If you go to the web site for the Investment Trust's industry body: www.aic.co.uk
Then select the 'Find and Compare Investment Companies' drop down list
Select the Renewable Energy Infrastructure sector and press Filter: https://www.theaic.co.uk/aic/f...
Sort them by Total Assets
That should be enough to get you started with professionally managed funds in your selected area. Each of the above trusts will have a web site with an explanation of their strategy, a fact sheet with a summary of their portfolio of investments.
Pv Crystalox Solar What is your reason for investing in PVCS ? In the most recent annual results they indicate a plan to return £2 million to shareholders and delist. Perhaps there is an investment logic but it's not obvious to me.

PVCS is a bit of a long shot
Whilst researching BMN ( my main med to long term hold ) I’ve seen they have formed a vrfb battery consortium with IES, formally Redt (IES is flying at the moment )
I read an old article that Redt we’re talking to a German PV panel manufacturer possible PVCS,
BMN are also looking to partner with a solar company to supply an integrated grid scale power package for Africa .
BMN are building a vanadium electrolyte plant in East London SA, I’m sure they could make pv panels at the same factory.
I only have £2.5k in PVCS .
I’ve also transferred my pension into a SIPP and bought more BMN and IES. it’s all going well a the moment fingers crossed It doesn’t all come crashing down LOL
BMN have approx 9 % stake in IES and 15% in ATM, the only down side is they are in South Africa

Velocys (LON:VLS) didn't tempt you? The market has recently found this and rewarded it with a price rise with volume. Hit 10p today but backed off to 9p. Hopefully, its just the round number effect, and will pass through 10p and will act as support from there. No plans to sell.
My portfolio is of similar value and my largest holding by expense is a small Canadian company, Zinc8 Energy Solutions. They have developed modular zinc-air batteries which, from what I've read, are superior to vanadium or lithium batteries for grid storage. They are just now in the early stages of commercialisation. The share price surged early this year after they won a contract with New York's Power Authority, beating 60 other competitors, and they've just hired a PR agency to promote the company to potential clients and investors. Right now the price is about 50% of its year high - a bargain!
I also have Bushveld Minerals (LON:BMN) in my portfolio, though I don't think that's much in comparison.

investments into infrastructure around renewable energy, pays a decent dividend too.
not one for those looking for a '1000% rise in 6 weeks' however. Depends what sort of exposure to green energy you want I guess - technological advancements with chance of being the next big thing or stable income.

They have patented tech to significantly clean up emissions from internal combustion engines by aftermarket add on of electrolyser providing extra H2 & O2 to aid clean combustion.
Interesting technology that could be commercialised to fill the gap between eradication of traditional fuel systems and adoption of full electrification for vehicles.
Recent RNS look strong and about to present in Wall St’s ‘next superstock’ which could drive some interest over the pond. Well worth a read if you’re interested in the green sector. Showing as a ‘High Flyer’ in the stock ranks.
