Executive Summary

Hambledon Mining Plc is an AIM listed gold company working in the mineral-rich Altai region of East Kazakhstan. Hambledon owns 100% of TOO Sekisovskoye which holds two adjacent licence areas, Sekisovskoye and Tserkovka, with gold resources totalling 2.8 million ounces. Construction of a treatment plant is scheduled to commence in the second half of 2005, with start-up from open pit mining expected in spring 2006. The Tserkovka territory, awarded in November 2004, contains not only the Tserkovka deposit itself, but several other mineralised areas known as Feodulikha, Area 4 and Area 5. Tserkovka is immediately adjacent to Sekisovskoye and its mineralisation is thought to be an extension of Sekisovskoye. Ore from Tserkovka is likely to be treated in the Sekisovskoye process plant. Further exploration of this new territory has now commenced.
