Having traded through a global financial crisis, a revolution across the middle-east brings little fear for the markets but much fear as to where it might all be headed. Very sad re Christchurch quake.
Highlight of the day was Devro (LON:DVO), which shot up.
Other than that...
Avanti Communications (LON:AVN) fell and I have bought some more. I am taking a risk but I suspect/hope that the announcement that the satellite is functional, plus, perhaps, a major contract will send it back up. I'm not in love....the price bounced previous support, so it was a technical trade. I will quit if it falls very much further.
Alterian (LON:ALN) is testing my patience but I'll stick with it for now.
African Eagle Resources (LON:AFE) sold today as going down.
Laura Ashley (LON:ALY) - I bought a few yesterday as they look like they are doing well.
@uk (LON:ATUK) - sold yesterday as it fell. I got my timing a little wrong on that one.
£AZEM - I sold but it was in error. A wrong price and a fat finger. Silly.
Baillie Gifford Shin (LON:BGS) sold today as a collective.
Bango (LON:BGO) - sold yesterday, the trade didn't work
£CAPD fell strongly, perhaps because CEY is a client. I sold half and then bought back that half lower. It remains to be seen whether the buy back was a good id
Diamondcorp (LON:DCP) - I've made a lot on it but the last trade didn't work so I sold and then bought back lower
Discovery Metals (LON:DME) - sold for a small loss. Copper stocks were not in vogue today. I hope to buyback
