Executive Summary
Hightex Group plc has two main business units. HTI Group designs, produces and installs polymer membrane structures for use by architects and structural engineers. SolarNext owns and is negotiating to acquire additional IP which is chiefly focussed on applications in the generation of: solar energy; solar cooling; the prevention of heat from entering homes, offices and other structures; and the desalination of water. As announced on 4 August 2006, West 175 Media Group Inc has also conditionally agreed to merge with Hightex Americas LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hightex Group, in exchange for shares in Hightex Group, bringing additional cash resources to the Company.
