Business Model

Hirco are capitalizing on the significant lack of infrastructure and pent-up demand for residential and commercial real estate in India, being driven by the country’s dramatic growth over the last decade. They plan on taking advantage of this strong multi-sector demand by focusing on the development of complete townships, including residential, commercial and retail components together with ample social and recreational facilities.

All their developments are planned to be built to the highest quality together with a robust supporting infrastructure and the townships are supposedly environmentally sensitive to create an  attractive community lifestyle for India’s growing young and affluent working population.
