An interesting question but you could have answered it yourself in 5 seconds with a simple Google query. From the Fundsmith website launch announcement, their investment criteria:
"High returns on operating capital employed. In cash. This approach rules out most businesses that do not sell direct to consumers or which make goods which are not consumed at short and regular intervals."
So, search for a high ROCE and filter out sectors or businesses which do not meet those criteria.
