Morning all!

Hope you had a great weekend.

City Pub ( City Pub (LON:CPC) ) – 204.5p – £115.5m – PER 25.4

AGM Statement – Sales up 23% (1st 18 weeks) with more pubs in the pipeline.

Will continue to remain Neutral until seeing how the increase in sales translates into profit.

Angling Direct ( Angling Direct (LON:ANG) ) – 104p – £44.7m – PER 33.5

Results For The 12 Months To End January 2018 – Revenue of £30.24m up by 44% (2017: £21.03m) with Operating profit of £0.9m up 27% (2017: £0.7m). A good start to the year, confident of meeting FY targets.

Was hoping for a more bullish set of results than this, will remain Neutral for now.

Cerillion ( Cerillion (LON:CER) ) – 143p – £42.2m – PER 13.5

Interim Results For The 6 Months To End March 2018 – In-line (although they don’t seem so great) – Confident for the full year.

I was hoping for a little more here, I will remain Neutral for now.

Eckoh ( Eckoh (LON:ECK) ) – 43.5p – £109.7m – PER 22.1

Trading Update For The 12 Months To End March 2018 – In-line with Market expectations with several sizeable contract wins.

This is looking quite interesting, will add it to the Watchlist at 40p to keep an eye on it.

CML Microsystems ( CML Microsystems (LON:CML) ) – 567.5p – £96.8m – PER 22.8

Trading Update For The 6 Months To End March 2018 – In-line.

This was on my Watchlist at 450p. I reckon it’s high enough now so I am going to go Neutral here.

As always, all comment most welcome!

My morning smallcap tweet: No sweet song from Singer to swell Servoca shares.

Uvenco UK (LON:UVEN), Tern (LON:TERN), Servoca (LON:SVCA)

Uvenco UK (UVEN) cash crisis. "The Company is now in discussions with a third party that may lead to the sale of its trading subsidiaries, Uvenco Limited, the vending operator, and Snack in the Box Limited, the franchising operator. It is expected that the purchaser would also assume a substantial proportion of the Company's debt obligations, therefore it is likely that the consideration receivable by the Company will be minimal."
Tern (TERN) second placing this month, also at 18.5p. At least the discount is small this time but only because the SP was creamed by the previous placing. Buys stake in medical VR company.
Servoca (SVCA) will delist because the SP is too low. 80% of holders in favour. A new broker and nominated advisor [sic] failed to stimulate buying - step forward Alex Price of N+1 Singer.

The successful completion of all phases is expected to result in a long-term Sensor and Materials Supply Agreement commencing around 2022.

In-line trading from Midwich (LON:MIDW) - "Trading in the first four months of 2018 has been in line with the Board's expectations and we remain confident in the outlook for the Group"
