Morning all!

Focusrite ( Focusrite (LON:TUNE) ) – 410p – £238.3m – PER 24.9

Interim Results For The 6 Months To End February 2018 – Revenue up by 21.2% (26% at constant currency) to £38.8m (HY17: £32.0m), PBT up by 26.8% to £5.8m (HY17: £4.6m), Diluted EPS up by 27.1% to 8.9p (HY17: 7.0p), Net Cash of £19.7m (FY17: £14.2m) and the Interim dividend is 1p, up 33.3% from 0.75p. ”Confident about the outlook for the rest of the year and beyond: future product plans are taking shape, the geographic expansion continues and the strategy developments are bearing fruit”.

I’m currently Long here but almost 20% of the High (earlier this month). Will keep an eye on it this morning as the market may have been expecting more here – If so, seems that some time early April some were expecting these numbers!

Sportech ( Sportech (LON:SPO) ) – 65p – £120.6m – PER 27.1

Final Results For The 12 Months To End December 2017 – Revenues flat with profit from continuing operations up from £0.7m to £1.5m.

Might be OK but the numbers here are just too complicated for me. I am going to, rightly or wrongly, put it on my Avoid list for now.

AB Dynamics ( Ab Dynamics (LON:ABDP) ) – 927p – £179.7m – PER 23.6

Interim Results For The 6 Months To End February 2018 – Revenues up 39% to £15.3m (H1 2017: £11.0m), PBT, excluding share option costs, up 34% to £3.30m (H1 2017: £2.46m), Diluted EPS up 82% to 12.03p (H1 2017: 6.61p) and the Interim dividend is up 10% to 1.465p (H1 2017: 1.331p). Good forward order book, providing visibility into FY2019, expects to meet market expectations. Still on the lookout for a new CEO.

Remains on my Watchlist at 850p for now – Although I am considering paying up.

IMImobile ( IMImobile (LON:IMO) ) – 279.4p – £173.5m – PER 20.4

Trading Update For The 12 Months To End March 2018 – Revenue up 45% ahead of market expectations, PAT in-line.

This looks pretty good, could be tempted to buy the break-out here – Else it will…

My morning smallcap tweet:Normal service resumed at port co MPL ie delay in opening.

Palace Capital (LON:PCA), Mercantile Ports & Logistics (LON:MPL), IMImobile (LON:IMO), Vitesse Media (LON:VIS)

Palace Capital (PCA) Guides FY adj pretax, allowing for the major acquisition and fundraise, likely to be ahead of market expectations (before profits on disposals and any revaluation gains). Will go it alone at Hundon House, York - had wanted JV.
Mercantile Ports & Log (MPL) still hasn't received customs' clearance."As a result of the date of revenue receipts being later than anticipated, the Company has, pending receipt of customs' clearance, reduced the level of expansion activity on site, particularly in the expensive workstream of land reclamation...Theipeline that runs across the mouth of Karanja creek and which currently limits the draft capacity of vessels using the port, is proposed to be moved by the Government...we hope would be within the next three to four years, the Company's facility will, after additional dredging, be capable of receiving vessels with a draft of up to 11m." Nikhil Gandhi said "We are now very close to receiving our first paying vessel." Uninvestable for me.
Imimobile (IMO) FY trading. Rev ahead of market expectations, up over 45%, EBITDA and PAT in line.
Vitesse Media (VIS) warns pre-excep loss £380k, bigger than guided in Jan. FD says will resign, will stay till prelims out. He is not thanked.
