Morning all!

Concurrent Technologies ( Concurrent Technologies (LON:CNC) ) – 82.5p – £61.8m – PER 12.0

Results For The 12 Months To End December 2017 – Looks slightly below expectations (doing a quick compare with forecasts on Stocko) and reflects, to me, a company standing still.

There’s a few things to like here, e.g. the ROCE, Operating Margin, Net Cash, well covered modest yield. However, it just strikes me as a company with little or no ambition - Enough for me to remain Neutral for now.

Next Fifteen Communication ( Next Fifteen Communications (LON:NFC) ) – 450p – £338.5m – PER 14.2

Results For The 12 Months To End January 2018 – Revenue up 15%, Adjusted PBT up 21% to £29.3m, Adjusted Diluted EPS up 19% to 27.8p, Dividend up 20% to 6.3p. A good start has been made this year.

I still quite like this but just can’t get past feeling it’s probably fairly priced here (perhaps a little undervalued).

Topps Tiles ( Topps Tiles (LON:TPT) ) – 80.5p – £151.0m – PER 11.0

Trading Update For The 6 Months To End March 2018 – LFL Revenue up 0.6%. Market remains challenging and CEO is cautious regarding the rest of the year.

Still seems kind of in-line here and the well covered yield, circa 4.5%, is attractive. But, it may become a lot more attractive at a lower price than today, I’m on the side-lines for now.

ITE ( ITE (LON:ITE) ) – 157.4p – £424.5m – PER 17.1

Trading Update For The 6 Months To End March 2018 – In-line and confident in FY expectations.

There’s still not enough here to get me interested any further at present.

As always, all comment most welcome – Have a great day!

My morning smallcap tweet:

Collagen Solutions (LON:COS), Mountfield (LON:MOGP), Intercede (LON:IGP), ULS Technology (LON:ULS), Topps Tiles (LON:TPT), Ediston Property Investment (LON:EPIC)

Collagen Solutions (COS) warns on FY as it fails to land a large contract. Guides rev £3.5m (£3.9m).
Mountfield Group (MOGP) wins £1.2m contract. 2016 rev was £9.6m.
Intercede Group (IGP) wins eleventh hour deal on 28 March worth $4.0m. $2.05m (£1.46m) will be recognised in the financial year ended 31 March 2018. Guides FY rev in line.
ULS Technology (ULS) CEO resigns to join Mortgage Advice Bureau. MD become CEO today.
Topps Tiles (TPT) trading: Q2 LFL down 2.2%. "While we estimate that short term weather factors blah blah blah account for around 1.6%...there has been a softening of the underlying market."
Ediston Property Investment Company (EPIC) leases unit to Iceland at Clwyd Retail Park in Rhyl. Great news for the hard of seeing in that sadly run down resort of my childhood as they peruse the frozen blocks of congealed hydrogenated vegetable oil, sugar and salt with giant £1, £2... price labels.

Some additional news... somewhat summarised:

Victoria (LON:VCP) - for the fifth consecutive year, revenue and underlying profit before tax expected to be ahead of consensus market expectations...withlike-for-like growth, gains in market share, plus operational synergies. Rationalisation of the UK manufacturing facilities has positively impacted gross profit margin and reduced overheads. The trading performance of the two ceramics businesses acquired in late 2017 has also been encouraging and consistent with expectations.

Filtronic (LON:FTC) - collaborated with Nokia to develop a massive MIMO (multiple input/multiple output) antenna. The next generation, dual-band FDD-LTE antenna is designed to integrate Nokia AirScale radios in a 16T16R configuration and is based on Filtronic proprietary designs, allowing rapid product development. Long-term stuff, no idea of possible revenues.

Image Scan Holdings (LON:IGE) - trading in line with market expectations for the year end, now expects the Company to perform at close to break even for the first half of FY18 (so moderately better than last update). Has reached agreement for the terms of the January 2018 order cancellation, all portable X-ray units from the order repackaged and sold to other customers. New sales initiative in South America delivers its first results with a new multi-unit order from a region with good growth opportunities. The Company also saw strong customer interest in the new, high performance Threatscan2at the Security and Counter Terror Exhibition in London's Olympia in March 2018.Orders also received for a total of five MDXi 400 systems to be installed in catalytic converter plants in Asia and Europe.

Re. Next Fifteen Communications (LON:NFC) valuation, I'm overall not enamoured with the pedestrian performance outside the UK; also, the valuation looks stretched if you go by the unadjusted figures.

In reply to post #349388

Thanks for taking the time to share.

Victoria (LON:VCP) - Too big for me but looks steady on a 5 year chart for sure.

Filtronic (LON:FTC) - Too small for me.

Image Scan Holdings (LON:IGE) - Was in here previously and out for a small loss, not yet tempted back in.

Thanks again.
