Morning All!

Not much to report today but on the other hand - I quite like both of them...

Warpaint London ( £W7L ) – 209.85p – £161.1m – PER 16.8

Trading Update For The 12 Months To End December 2017 – In-line, Retra (recent acquisition) performing well – “we look forward to the future with confidence”.

Still like this and it’s still on my Watchlist at 200p.

Filta Group ( Filta Group (LON:FLTA) ) – 173.52p – £47.1m – PER 24.1

Trading Update For The 12 Months To End December 2017 – Revenue in excess of £13.25m (up over 30% on the prior year (FY 16: £10.1m)). Slightly reduced gross margin owing to a change in revenue mix so profit just in-line with market expectations. Organic growth strong.

Like this enough to add it to the Watchlist, 150p.

A good day to all!

Belvoir Lettings (LON:BLV) may be of interest.
In line with market expectations, but:
PER = 7.5
PEG = 0.53
Yield = c6%
Revenue up 13% (mainly due to acquisitions).
"There is a strong pipeline of portfolio acquisition opportunities, many of which are expected to complete in the first quarter."

The business is primarily a lettings agency, run on a franchise basis.  It is suggesting the potential abolition of letting fees in 2019 as a positive, as smaller agencies leave the market to concentrate on sales.  An earlier estimate suggested an 8% revenue decrease might result.  Surely this must be worth more than a quid?
