Morning all!

1Spatial ( 1Spatial (LON:SPA) ) – 33p – £32.6m – PER 66.7

Trading Update For The 12 Months To End January 2019 – FY to be at least in-line with Cash at £6.4m. Looking forward to higher levels of profitable growth.

Will keep an eye out for actuals.

Alfa Financial Software ( Alfa Financial Software Holdings (LON:ALFA) ) – 123p – £370m – PER 19.7

Results For The 12 Months To End December 2018 – States improved Revenue but I see an IFRS decline of -16% as well as an EPS decline of -45%.

My first coverage but there's enough here to put me off for now.

Gresham House ( Gresham House (LON:GHE) ) – 446p – £111m – PER 16

Results For The 12 Months To End December 2018 – AUM up 250%, Adjusted Operating Profit of £3m (-£0.7m Loss last time), Maiden Dividend of 3p.

Nice to see a Profit (for the first time since 2012) and a Maiden Dividend (albeit <1%). Not enough to tempt me yet but will keep an eye out for progress here.

Quiz ( QUIZ (LON:QUIZ) ) – 32p – £40m – PER 9.2

Trading Update – Things do not seem to be improving.

Still not cheap enough for me to take any more interest at the moment.

As always, all comment most welcome!

My morning smallcap tweet: Quiz biz loses fizz

QUIZ (LON:QUIZ), United Carpets (LON:UCG), Argo (LON:ARGO), Indigovision (LON:IND), Cambridge Cognition Holdings (LON:COG), Obtala (LON:OBT), Wincanton (LON:WIN)

Quiz (QUIZ) Warns on FY. Cuts rev guidance to £129m (previously £133m) and down 2% YoY despite price cuts. EBITDA (excl. HoF write off) £4.5m (previously £8.2m). Store sales down 11%. Will review business. I hold.
United Carpets Group (UCG) gloom and doom. Cuts FY pretax guidance to £550k to £650k (from ?).
ARGO Group (ARGO) £2.5m tender offer.
IndigoVision Group (IND) FY rev up 9% but stll losing money. EPS 4.1c cents (34.9c). Div 0. "Despite this substantial improvement, there remains much work still to be done to return the Group to an acceptable level of profitability." Or any profitability.
Cambridge Cognition (COG) £2.5m placing at 72p, 13% discount to accelerate growth, strengthen the balance sheet for discussions with corporate partners and pay for the new COO,.
Obtala (OBT) £2m placing at 6.25p, a slim 4% discount. Needed to "combine our rapid pace of revenue growth with production efficiencies and enhanced marginal returns" and not because net debt has inc to £20.2m I'm sure.
Wincanton (WIN) wins contract to launch and operate a new Co-op regional distribution centre.
