Ok momentum not great but Div yield of 7.5% and P/e around 6. Moved above 50 Mda. Plenty of volatility in lB results this year. Looks a decent Play?

Slowing activity at the half-year - surprising given that it ought to be a beneficiary of market volatility - followed by the proposed purchase of Liquidnet at a EBITDA of over double that of TC ICAP's with an accompanying rights issue. Management have very little skin in the game.
