Impax Capital Limited :- Established in 1994, Impax Capital Limited (\Impax Capital\) is a corporate finance advisory house providing M&A, valuation and project finance advisory services tosmall, medium and large sized companies across the environmental markets sector. Impax Capital has a proven track record of deal closures and significant experience both in valuing companies in the environmental markets sector and in assisting largercorporates to enter the sector. The Company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority as a corporate finance adviser.
