I bought some £3UKS which is a FTSE100 3x times index short. Today the index was down 5.25%, but £3UKS is only up 5.99%, does not make sense to me. Also the £2UKS is up 9.07%, how can a 2x short go up more than the 3x short?
Can anyone explain?
3UKS has a higher management fee? 3UKS has a higher daily swap rate? Bid-Offer spread nigher on 3UKS? Or is 3UKS so much more volatile that your entry was at a volatile peak?
