Executive Summary
Intec develops, implements and supports Business and Operations Support Systems (BSS/OSS) for the majority of the world’s largest communications providers, including leaders in fixed, mobile and next-generation networks (i.e. WLAN, 3G and IP). Since Intec was founded in late 1997 to sell an interconnect billing system – a market in which it has consistently been the global leader and innovator - the business has grown strongly around the world, both organically and by acquisition. Today Intec employs over 1700 people in 30 offices, and now serves over 400 of the world’s largest carriers, including seven of the top ten. Intec’s product range has expanded to include many key areas of BSS/OSS, including retail billing, convergent mediation, service activation and charging and rating.
