Is anyone here a user? I am and I'm surprised that their EoY reports are so inflexible. No Excel/CSV downloads, no CGT reports.
It's not easy for accountants or DIY tax returns @ EOY.
I also use Interactive Brokers and it seems to be the gold standard in providing investors with reports of any kind that they need, I just thought this was normal until I used ii.
Probably not CGT but you can get everything else. IIRC you go to transactions and filter, then there's an icon to download and it gives you the choice of pdf or csv.
Did it last week.
And if you can't be bothered you'll get a proper end of year tax certificate in a couple of months. CGT your responsibility though, ii don't know what else you might own or where.
It's DYOR for Capital Losses/Gains not to forget dealing expenses, just update records as you go, As for the rest of it your Trading Account Tax Certificate will be produced all in good time in Accounts just like the Share Centre used to do.
