Shares in Greenko have dropped massively over the past year. The fall has been attributed mainly to fears of dilution and some worries about its large level of debt I think. However the company seems to be on track to hit its large expansion goals and become increasingly profitable.
Would welcome anyone's opinions on this share.
Are shareholders unduly worried?
Is Greenko a bargain buy right now?
I have read various reports in IC. They did have it a buy tip, now a hold. Yes debt is a big problem, they have had recent financing problems I believe. I never invested as the debt was far too high. The sp has fallen from about 180 to 52. Is it a bargain? Not sure, its risky, think you need to find out more about their financing. Believe the company will make an announcement this week. Foreign companies listed on the Aim IME best avoided.
