Any thoughts from fellow members, if the chancellor is likely to place a 100k ISA cap in the spring budget.

Sounds very unConservative!
More likely to reduce the amount allowed to be put in each year IMO. But even this would be unpopular with his party and realistically not increase the tax take very much.
