I've noticed an issue with the data on Director Dealings (which I use a lot for my research), there are times seem to be inconstancies between the stockreport and the Directors Deals page - see London Stock Exchange (LON:LSEG) :
I believe from Market beat and AJ Bell that the MJ Brand transactions are in fact BUY, so I'm guessing the stockreport is correct?
On a side note, personally I'd love Director Deals to be both 'screenable' and 'alertable'...

This appears to be a unique case where the director dealings are being reported as sells because they are repurchases of equity by LSEG from M.J.Brand. So essentially, M.J.Brand is indeed reducing his holding in the company as these are share sales, but in reality, they are actually share buybacks from LSEG.
